As your real estate agent, I welcome you to the Leech Lake area and beautiful northern Minnesota. What better way to get a true feel for the area and tour properties than by a complimentary stay in my Guest House on the south shores of Leech Lake?

You are welcome to come and spend a few days relaxing in the comfort of a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage set on the Diamond Point peninsula. As my guests you will also be treated to my in-depth knowledge of the lake, shorelines and best fishing spots garnered from over 30 years fishing and boating here.

We'll tour lake properties and get in some quality fishing aboard a Grady White 225G Tournament. Grady's are renowned for their luxury comfort and smooth, dry, easy ride.

The boat is equipped with Lowrance electronics, GPS, marine band radio, cell phone, PFD's, first aid kit, and aerated bait and live wells. There's high quality G Loomis, St. Croix, Shimano and Garcia spinning and bait casting gear, too.

With record breaking Muskie fishing and rebounding Walleye catches, Leech Lake is one of Minnesota's premier sport fishing lakes. The third largest lake in Minnesota with 112,000 acres of water, Leech Lake offers a variety of bay fishing, open water and opportunities to catch fish right off the dock. You'll also find Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Perch, pan fish and the ever famous Eelpout.

Tour Properties from the Water:

One of the best ways to tour lake properties is to approach them from the water. During favorable weather conditions, many buyers love to take advantage of getting out on the lake on a clear, sunny day.

It's a great way to tour homes that interest you and get a feel for the lay and terrain of the shoreline. It's also just a great way to spend a day, outdoors, on the lake, enjoying that fresh Minnesota air!
